Creating cleaner views: introducing auto archiving

Beginning April 11, service requests older than 21 days with a status of awaiting registration will automatically be moved to the archived requests page in pod. This will allow for cleaner active services views from the home page.

The Power of Cleaner Views

The power of the active services view is the ability to display all candidates and employees that are currently undergoing screenings. By auto archiving requests, the active services view becomes more powerful by automatically removing service requests that are no longer in motion.

Accessing Archived Requests

In the left menu navigation, under Non-Responders, use the sub-menu titled Archived Requests.

Accessing Non-Responders List

In the left menu navigation, under Non-Responders, use the sub-menu titled Non-Responders List.
